Growing up in the funeral industry, I witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by both funeral vendors and homes. My father ran a casket distribution business, and I spent years learning the ins and outs of logistics and operations.
After years of working in venture capital, I saw how B2B marketplaces have transformed industries by improving efficiency, margins, and scale. I realized that same model could revolutionize the funeral industry.
That’s why I founded Vault Funeral — to bring the funeral supply chain into the 21st century, helping funeral homes and vendors thrive in a modern, digital marketplace.

Vault Funeral is a software company that provides a marketplace to connect funeral homes across the United States with funeral home vendors. Right now we are just working with casket vendors, but we expect to expand into other products as well.
Vault Funeral is upgrading and streamlining the funeral industry supply chain. In doing so, we are reducing costs for both funeral homes and vendors. The funeral industry is under going a tough market and we want to be there to help make it easier.
Vault is strictly a market place, connecting buyers and sellers for now. That said, the movement of product is up to the vendors. While we are not involved in transportation today, .we are working on partnerships with freight and logistics providers in key regions and hope to bring this offering to market in the future.
